Leadership Culture & Strategy – LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Workshop

What kind of leadership culture enables us to deliver on our strategy? In this highly interactive workshop format, a CIO and her leadership team explored their shared understanding of leadership and collaboration. Using LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, the team developed tangible models and narratives to align on cultural shifts needed to move from vision to implementation.

Female Leadership Development Initiative


What does “female leadership” actually mean to us – and why is it relevant to the entire organisation? This three-month programme accompanied 30 women leaders through a blended learning journey, combining online modules, peer exchange, and an in-person workshop. The programme addressed three interconnected levels from a systemic perspective: individual development, networking, and the organisational context. It concluded with a presentation and dialogue session involving the executive board and senior leaders.

New Work Leadership – Learning Journeys


What does it take to lead and collaborate in times of VUCA – and how must leadership mindsets and skills evolve in response?
 Over a two-year period, multiple six-month learning journeys were delivered for international groups of managers and senior leaders. The blended format combined online sessions, face-to-face modules, peer exchange, and individual coaching. Each journey concluded with participants using storytelling techniques to share their personal development outcomes back into the organisation – making individual growth visible and transferable.

Foundations of Leadership – Discovering Your Style and Voice


A practical and engaging programme for new and aspiring leaders. Designed for international groups of early-career managers, it supports the development of key leadership capabilities – including self-leadership, communication, decision-making, self-marketing, and the exploration of one’s own leadership style and stance.
 Structured across four modules, the programme combines methods like LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and storytelling to foster deep reflection and active learning – helping participants unlock their leadership potential early and sustainably.

Inner Landscapes – Strategic Self-Leadership Workshop

A unique workshop combining systemic constellations, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and somatic methods – designed to support conscious, strategic leadership.

What does it take to make clear, future-oriented decisions in the midst of complex personal and professional demands?

In this highly innovative workshop format, explored with experienced leaders from healthcare, the social sector, architecture and other fields, we explored how clarity and direction emerge when leadership meets embodied awareness. Blending Systemic Business Constellations, LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, and Body-Mind Centering®, the format helped participants access intuitive knowledge, recognise inner patterns, and shift from automatic responses to deliberate, grounded choices.

Inspired by Daniel Kahneman’s concept of System 1 and System 2, the process made the difference between reactive and reflective decision-making tangible. 
Only when we sense that shift can we lead ourselves – and others – more consciously.

The workshop fosters sustainable learning, clarity in complexity, and a deepened sense of strategic self-leadership.
